  • For ongoing service packages, you may cancel future services, but past work already completed is non-refundable.

2. Advance Payments

  • Deposits or advance payments made to secure a project are non-refundable, as they cover preparation and resource allocation.

3. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a project before any work begins, we will issue a refund minus any administrative or processing fees.
  • If significant work has already started, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in cases of:
